They responded quickly to my questions about the appearance of the key. I ended up returning it and then found this company. I had ordered a laptop key from a different company originally and found out the letter was not centered on the key, even though we had double checked the model and type of laptop. We were able to get the exact replacement parts that fit perfectly. The staff were always very responsive and helpful via email communications.

5 Found the perfect replacement Key Cap.

If I didn' t need the replacement so badly I would have definitely returned it or cancelled my order and find someone else, plus the fact one key almost cost me $12.00, what a rip off. Noapology for not returning e-mails nor a reason why they did not respond. It took close to twenty days after I ordered the key to receive it.

There is nothing wrong with the key itself, however the customer service is the absolute worst! I sent several e-mails requesting them to contact me and the response time was terrible.
